Chinese Checkers is a game for two to six players. The object is to move your 10 pegs to the opposing star point through a series of moves or jumps.

Each player takes turns moving their pegs. During a move the pegs may be moves to an adjacent empty hole beyond. Only one move may be made at a time except when jjumping. The player may jump a series of pegs in one turn, zigzagging in any direction provided each jump is in line and the intended landing hole is not occupied. Players may jump their own pegs or their opponents pegs.

A player cannot leave a peg in his or her star point to prevent an opponent from finishing the game.
